Love Always!

 There is something lacking today. A few years ago I thought that this thing lacking would concern the world itself. But as we have been moving ahead on this End Times Pathway, we can plainly see Time is moving at high speeds. The thing lacking in Churches today, in the Body of Christ, is LOVE. The Bible is clear in this matter, we WILL be known by our “love”. 

John 13:35 (AMP) By this everyone will know that you are My disciples, if you have love andunselfish concern for one another.

 I really thought in the past that love growing colder & colder pertained to the unsaved, but now also includes the Family of Christ, much of the time seems uncaring for their fellow man! Lawlessness abounds, making hearts hard! 

Matthew 24:12 (AMP) Because lawlessness is increased, the love of most people will grow cold. It is a real shame, when we Christians, loose that care for those in need! The homeless, the hungry, those lacking hope had a place to turn, the government! But they failed. Then the Church! They failed! The Body of Christ! We failed! But their is still time! We CAN make a difference! We can be willing vessels to Christ! Be His feet! Be His hands! Be His mouthpiece! But most of all, be His beacon of LOVE, of MERCY & HOPE onto those beaten down by an uncaring, unloving world! Fulfill your duty as a Born-Again Child Of God & be the vessel, the Light of Christ into a world full of darkness & hate! 

1st John 3:17 (AMP) But whoever has the world’s goods (adequate resources), and sees his brother in need, but has no compassion for him, how does the love of God live in him?

Stay Alert!

 No worries. Business as usual. Just living life day by day. Running through life like a chicken with their head cut off. If you are fitting into the above category, I tell you honesty, YOU ARE ASLEEP! Numb to the signs around YOU! YOU are living your life on a slippery slope! You are treading on a very thin layer of ice! Do not think for one moment you will counted among the five wise virgins when the Trump sounds! Things will get real, real fast for you! You will wake up to the nightmare that comes upon the people of this earth shortly after the Rapture! It will be no walk in the park nor a picnic! Now IS the time to wake up! Turn your eyes to Jesus! Find your Bible & lay hold of it! Pray! There is no timeline, it is a sign line concerning these end times! If you are missing the signs, you will miss the Rapture! Do not be counted with the foolish virgins! Matthew 25:1-13.  Let not the Church Age come to a close & you be left behind to face the terrors of Tribulation!

Mark 13:33-37 (AMP) Be on guard, keep awake. For you do not know when the time will come. It is like a man going on a journey, when he leaves home and puts his servants in charge, each with his work, and commands the doorkeeper to stay awake. Therefore stay awake—for you do not know when the master of the house will come, in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or in the morning— lest he come suddenly and find you asleep. And what I say to you I say to all: Stay awake.”

Seek Our Lord’s Wisdom

 It is quite a time we are living in. Crazy is the new norm. Fear is rampant. Lies seem to dominate over truth. Much is hidden. Just about everything is unstable. The Church has not risen up to be that lighthouse in the storms of this current upside down world. So many concerns over the injection. Which should be like all things, between God Himself & the person. A side note, the injection is not the mark of the beast, his kingdom has not been brought forth at this moment. Where are the pastors at this time? Why are they not educating their congregations from the pulpit in these matters? This world is unstable, the United States is at its highest level of insanity in history! Folks, we cannot turn to the government for help-they have showed us their song & dance show, pastor of churches seem to be in hiding! It is time to look up! Turn to Jesus! He is the only answer! Here is the truth, we are trying to hold onto to things of this world, ways of this world, that soon will be gone! The ways of this world we have be so in step with, are gone, or going away very shortly! It matters not who is president, the minions have been released. The world we have known has spun 180 degrees! There are things set in place within this country, below this country & around this country that will not be stopped! We must seek our Lord’s direction, His knowledge on these things we are facing in this collapsing world. We must place His wisdom & direction above all these keyboard internet experts! His wisdom, His direction is perfect!

Proverb 3:5-6 (AMP) Trust in andrely confidently on the Lord with all your heart And do not rely on your own insight orunderstanding.

In all your ways know andacknowledge andrecognize Him,

And He will make your paths straight andsmooth [removing obstacles that block your way].

You Will Find Him

 We have a Lord who can be found. It may seem is He far-far away from you at this time. But I tell you He IS near! Ever So-So close! He is waiting for you to reach out for Him! He is not a  hard, uncaring God, but He is full of love & He desires to shower you with that love!! Isaiah 55:6-7 (AMP) Seek the Lord while He may be found; Call on Him [for salvation] while He is near. Let the wicked leave (behind) his way

And the unrighteous man his thoughts; And let him return to the Lord, And He will have compassion (mercy) on him, And to our God,

For He will abundantly pardon. When one truly goes after our Lord. When one seeks Him with all their heart, as determined, like something of this world, actually desires that intimacy with the Lord, by shutting off the desire for worldly things, turning that desire unto the Lord, opening the Bible. Understand, going into the Word of God is THE connection point! You WILL find that intimate relationship you are longing for! Many times it is is a simple matter of shutting off the world & opening the Bible to quench the longing & fulfill the heart!! 

Jeremiah 29:13 (AMP)  Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me andrequire Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.

Our God IS A Jealous God

It is no surprise that history repeats itself over & over. We can be surprised, even shocked, when we hear of things or see things! Our God is not moved, He is never shocked nor surprised. Our God though is a jealous God. He takes a very negative stance when His children turn their affection from Him to things of this world! When we place our affection on things of this world, taking away what was His & robbing Him of His first place, in our hearts!  These things of the world we place our attention & affection on, lead us to a dry & empty place in our hearts. The heart desires to be full, we must fill it with the things of God, giving no place for temporal thing to reside for just a short time!  

Jeremiah 2:13 (AMP) 

“For My people have committed two evils: They have abandoned (rejected) Me, The fountain of living water, And they have carved out their own cisterns, Broken cisterns That cannot hold water. We must examine ourselves! We must judge ourselves by the Word of God! Have we set our hearts on the unfulfilling, the empty things of this world? Or have we been nurturing our hearts with the Word of God, with the things of God? We have a jealous God, Who is GREATLY offended to take 2nd place in our lives! 

Exodus 20:3-6 (AMP) “You shall have no other gods before Me.

“You shall not make for yourself any idol, or any likeness (form, manifestation) of what is in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under the earth [as an object to worship]. You shall not worship them nor serve them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous (impassioned) God demanding what is rightfully and uniquely mine], visiting (avenging) the iniquity (sin, guilt) of the fathers on the children [that is, calling the children to account for the sins of their fathers], to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, but showing graciousness andsteadfast lovingkindness to thousands [of generations] of those who love Me and keep My commandments.

Get Your Zeal Back

 Yup! That is it. We have been missing something. Over looking that thing that has been missing, well, for quite some time. It was there at first. It was an exciting time, for sure! That missing thing? Zealousness! That thing that got us rolling as young In the faith freshly Born-Again Christians. That red hot fire inside us! For the things of Christ! Human age did not factor in. Red hot spirituality knew no carnal age! That red hot fire inside a person, that burning fire to hear, to learn the Word of God! That red hot fire inside made us crave, that addicted that brought us into Church whenever the doors were open! Sunday morning, Sunday night, Tuesday night, Wednesday night! Anytime the doors were open for any opportunity to hear the Word, to worship, to fellowship, to pray & even break bread together! It is time to ask the Lord to give us that fresh fire, that burning desire for the things of Him! Boldly ask Him to give us a fresh zeal, that is it, give us, fresh new uninhibited  zealousness! With that comes the excitement that has slipped away from us over the years, moving that burning zealousness to worldly affections! I say today! I say ask our Father to forgive us for turning our Zealousness to world trash & cleanse us! Then ask for a new zealousness, a fresh fire to burn within us for Godly things! Letting that excitement to flow through us one again! Be quick concerning this! For time is running out quickly! Do not wait, for tomorrow just maybe too late! Yup, that is it, we now need turn our zealousness back & go after our first love! That missing ingredient within our walk of faith!!

Romans 12:9-13 (AMP) Love is to be sincere andactive [the real thing—without guile and hypocrisy]. Hate what is evil [detest all ungodliness, do not tolerate wickedness]; hold on tightly to what is good. Be devoted to one another with [authentic] brotherly affection [as members of one family], give preference to one another in honor; never lagging behind in diligence; aglow in the Spirit, enthusiasticallyserving the Lord; constantlyrejoicing in hope [because of our confidence in Christ], steadfast andpatient in distress, devoted to prayer [continually seeking wisdom, guidance, and strength], contributing to the needs of God’s people, pursuing [the practice of] hospitality.

Following Jesus

 It is rather strange, how we, as Born-Again Christians, can step away from our upright walk before man. How easily our mouth that became a powerful positive faith filled tool for our Lord, we spoke words pertaining to life, that uplifts those that are down with words of edification! In a quick moment of anger, our tongues speak words leading to death! As Born-Again Christians, we all have a duty, that applies to each & every one of us, for us to be “example” or an illustration of Christ in this dark evil world. Jesus committed no sin & He spoke no “deceit” no lies nor did He misinterpret Truth to misrepresent Himself or the things pertaining to Himself! Our duty, our calling is to represent Jesus, His Word, His ways & to share His love to a lost & dying world! It is key to know Jesus intimately. Not just know Him! We must walk in the Holiness, in the Righteousness & in the Love of Christ, before this dark, before this lawless, before this cruel, perverse world! We must carry the Light of Christ to shine into this dark world as Light devours, overcomes darkness! Be that Light!!

1st Peter 2:21-25 (AMP) For [as a believer] you have been called for this purpose, since Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you may follow in His footsteps. He committed no sin, nor was deceit ever found in His mouth.While being reviled andinsulted, He did not revile orinsult in return; while suffering, He made no threats [of vengeance], but kept entrusting Himselfto Him who judges fairly. He personally carried our sins in His body on the cross [willingly offering Himself on it, as on an altar of sacrifice], so that we might die to sin [becoming immune from the penalty and power of sin] and live for righteousness; for by His wounds you [who believe] have been healed. For you were continually wandering like [so many] sheep, but now you have come back to the Shepherd and Guardian of your souls.

Gloom&Doom Is Coming

 You may say, as a Born-Again Christian that you do not buy into the “Doom&Gloom” stuff. But I tell you, we are on the fringes, the world is shaking, evil is quaking! There are signs of the “birth-pangs” pertaining to the appearance of Christ in the clouds. Well, in the same manner, there are signs concerning the day that is quickly approaching when evil will present itself in its fullness! Evil has increased year by year, now it is increasing day by day! Anger & hatred are coming forth in more & more wicked ways! The arguments have turned to physical fights, the fights have moved to knives & guns! Chicago, the #1 city in America for gun violence & death by guns has been replaced, topped, to the city of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia! I did not believe in my lifetime Chicago could be replaced, loose that #1 spot! It is disgusting how lawlessness has swept across this great nation! That Cup of Iniquity is almost to the brim, it will run over soon & our Lord will announce to the Faithful, the watching, wide awake Born-Again Christians who are ready, like five of the ten virgins, it is finished, the Trump now sounds! Are you ready? Are you prepared? Have you remained watchful, hopeful, for that moment, when Jesus meets you in the clouds? Do NOT be counted with the FAITHLESS! 

2nd Timothy 3:5 (AMP) Holding to a form of [outward] godliness (religion), although they have denied its power [for their conduct nullifies their claim of faith]. Avoid such people andkeep far away from them.

Keep Your Life In Order

 We are living in the Last Days. The Church Age is about to come to a close. Oh, so many think they are going to be taken in the Great Catching Away. Oh, so many are deceived! Many, way too many will get left behind! Understand the act of going to Church will not Save you! Wearing a cross around your neck, will not Save you! A Tattoo on your skin of a Bible Verse will not Save you! So-So many Christians have embraced the world, its ways & its pleasures! They have stopped crucifying their flesh, they have indulged in it & they have reached the point where sin is normal to them! I tell you Time is short, extremely short! Repent! Turn away from these worldly pleasures that place you back on that broad road, which the final destination is Hell itself! Again REPENT! Forsake sin! Ask Jesus to forgive you! Then, get back up, brush yourself off & hop back on that narrow road that leads to Heaven! Crucify your flesh! Kill it! Stop sin in its tracks! Follow Jesus once again! Before it is too late! Do not be left behind!!

Luke 9:23 (AMP) And He was saying to them all, “If anyone wishes to follow Me [as My disciple], he must deny himself [set aside selfish interests], and take up his cross daily [expressing a willingness to endure whatever may come] and follow Me [believing in Me, conforming to My example in living and, if need be, suffering or perhaps dying because of faith in Me].

Faith! The Key Ingredient

 There is something that we do that pleases our Lord. Without it, nothing much can be accomplished if anything! What is that? FAITH! Hebrews 11:6 (AMP) 

But without faith it is impossible to [walk with God and] please Him, for whoever comes [near] to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He rewards those who [earnestly and diligently] seek Him. This thing that is of utmost importance, what is it! Believing you already have, what what your hoping for. Hebrews 11:1-2 (AMP) Now faith is the assurance (title deed, confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed), and the evidence of things not seen [the conviction of their reality—faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by the physical senses].For by this [kind of] faith the men of old gained [divine] approval.Faith is the requirement for our prayers to come to pass! Mark 11:24 (AMP) 

For this reason I am telling you, whatever things you ask for in prayer [in accordance with God’s will], believe [with confident trust] that you have received them, and they will be givento you.Faith, the “substance” of things hopes for, the “evidence” of things not seen! Faith is, a spiritual thing, operation. Everything that happens in this carnal world, starts in the spirit, then transforms itself or manifests itself into this carnal world. So our prayer is a spiritual operation. Our hope, is a spiritual thing, our will is a spiritual thing & our faith is a spiritual thing. Think about it, we are to walk by faith, not by carnal sight. 2nd Corinthians 5:7 (AMP) For we walk by faith, not by sight [living our lives in a manner consistent with our confident belief in God’s promises].Jesus Himself said, If we can believe, if we can trust, if we “have” faith, ALL things are possible for those who believe, who have trust, who have faith in Jesus! 

Mark 9:23 (AMP) 

Jesus said to him, “[You say to Me,] ‘If You can?’ All things are possible for the one who believes andtrusts [in Me]!”

Be Prepared! Be Ready!

 Many people who sit in Christian Churches, here in America, & all over the word, profess to be saved, but never really had the true Salvation experience. If asked when they accepted Jesus, they have no answer. Or they say my parents took me to Church as a child & I have attended ever since. Or even, I live a good life. I tell you, any of these are your answer, you are not Saved!! You do not want to stroll into these last day, on the final day, when the Trump sounds, Jesus is in the clouds, yet you not float up to Him! Not a good time you have fallen in, accounted with, the group of “foolish” virgins!  They lacked oil for their lamps! They lacked the fullness of the Holy Spirit! At that moment, the people left behind will experience fear in the fullness of that manifestation! The “wise” virgins were prepared, prayed up, watching the sign line of Christ’s return, focused & Ready, awake-full Of Faith! The “foolish” were “asleep” partaking in the world, not giving attention to prayer, to Bible Study, watching  for the return of Christ nor building their faith by hearing & hearing by the Word of God! Do not be counted with the “foolish” virgins! Work out your own Salvation! Stay alert & keep standing firm in faith! It is up to you!

Matthew 25:1-13) (AMP)  “Then the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins, who took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom.Five of them were foolish [thoughtless, silly, and careless], and five were wise [far-sighted, practical, and sensible]. For when the foolish took their lamps, they did not take any [extra] oil with them, but the wise took flasks of oil along with their lamps. Now while the bridegroom was delayed, they all began to nod off, and they fell asleep. But at midnight there was a shout, ‘Look! The bridegroom [is coming]! Go out to meet him.’ Then all those virgins got up and put their own lamps in order [trimmed the wicks and added oil and lit them]. But the foolish virginssaid to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, because our lamps are going out.’ But the wise replied, ‘No, otherwise there will not be enough for us and for you, too; go instead to the dealers and buy oilfor yourselves.’  But while they were going away to buy oil, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast; and the door was shut andlocked. Later the others also came, and said, ‘Lord, Lord, open [the door] for us.’ But He replied, ‘I assure you andmost solemnly say to you, I do not know you [we have no relationship].’ Therefore, be on the alert [be prepared and ready], for you do not know the day nor the hour [when the Son of Man will come].

Where Is Your Focus?

 We as Christians live in very troubling times. We as Christians are & have been pulled away from Jesus, His Word & walked straight into, took a seat, in the drama, the filth, the cares & fear of this present evil world! Many Christians have entangled themselves deeply into this world! I hear more & more Christians so embedded into the controversies concerning the 2020 elections, they see nothing else. If we believe the Bible, then we must understand God puts the leader in place! Now refocus, & be about Father God’s business of building His Kingdom! Share Jesus, pray & walk upright as His Ambassadors in this dark, cruel world! Let the light of Christ shine brightly into this dark lost & dying world!

Romans 13:1-2 (AMP) Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God [granted by His permission and sanction], and those which exist have been put in place by God.Therefore whoever resists [governmental] authority resists the ordinance of God. And those who have resisted it will bring judgment (civil penalty) on themselves.

Stay Planted On The Narrow Path

 We have reached a point where many uneasy things are taking place. It is a sad time in this life, but these things need to happen & Bible Prophecy will to come to pass, right before our eyes! 

1st Timothy 4:1-2 (AMP) But the [Holy] Spirit explicitly andunmistakably declares that in later times some will turn away from the faith, paying attention instead to deceitful andseductive spirits and doctrines of demons, 

[misled] by the hypocrisy of liars whose consciences are seared as with a branding iron [leaving them incapable of ethical functioning]. There have been many leaving Christianity for the Muslim Faith. Many-Many more will continue leave for The Muslim Faith! It is a very dangerous thing to take one’s eyes off Jesus, to stop studying the Bible & stop the nurturing of one’s personal relationship with Jesus! Those, failed to examine themselves to confirm they are in the Faith! (2 Corinthians 13:5). We must stand firm in our faith! We Must must stand firm on the Word of God! Do not drift right, do not drift left. Keep yourself on the narrow Heavenly Path, holding on to the Truth, to sound Doctrine found in the Bible!

Proverb 4:23-27 (AMP) Watch over your heart with all diligence,

For from it flowthe springs of life.

Put away from you a deceitful (lying, misleading) mouth,

And put devious lips far from you.

Let your eyes look directly ahead [toward the path of moral courage]

And let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you [toward the path of integrity].

Consider well andwatch carefully the path of your feet,

And all your ways will be steadfast andsure.

Do not turn away to the right nor to the left [where evil may lurk];

Turn your foot from [the path of] evil.

Will You Be The Lord’s Vessel?

 We, as Born-Again Christians, face a great dilemma. Many, way too many times, this comes upon each of us & we really have no clue we have stepped over the line, we have been deceived. Even the most careful, the most cautious Christian is duped into. I know it has happened to me, way too many times. I am supposed to be a guy well versed in the works of the enemy, but my flesh can rise up & BAM! I lost some ground to the enemy! We are to be, as Born-Again Christians, “vessels” for our Lord to work through. But too many times, anger rises up through our flesh. Road rage is a perfect example of this, talking about politics is another that the enemy loves to work through. But anger in general is a mighty work of the enemy! One of Satan’s favorite tactics or powerful weapons, is the attempting to work anger through our flesh! We have power over it. We can reject it. But for some reason we miss it, we are blindsided by it & it flows, overtaking our walk of peace & sound mind! Anger is of hate not love! Once, we succumb to that initial dark spiritual move of anger into our flesh, if we allow it to flow, at that point we become one of Satan’s “vessels.” Let that sink in! And OH, how easy it flows! Anger if not rejected, turns into rage, then the words we speak lead us deeper down on that slippery slope of sin! We must stay alert! We Must crucify our flesh daily! We cannot be deceived & become “vessels” promoting the “fruit” of Satan! Give him no place, do not leave a door even cracked open! He will persist, he will sneak around, just waiting, looking for any opportunity to slip into your flesh, moving you off the Triumphant Christian Lifestyle! Remain a “vessel” for Christ!!

Joshua 24:15 (AMP)  If it is unacceptable in your sight to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you live; but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

Stop The Anger

 Have you noticed all the anger, all the rage, we face everyday? On social media, in stores, in Churches, in homes & even in traffic, especially on the road. Even among Christians. Emotions go from zero to 100mph in rage not in two seconds, but in an instant anger, but in instant out of control rage! What has happened to self control? To patience? 2nd Timothy 1:4-8 (AMP) For by these He has bestowed on us His precious and magnificent promises [of inexpressible value], so that by them you may escape from the immoral freedom that is in the world because of disreputable desire, and become sharers of the divine nature.For this very reason, applying your diligence [to the divine promises, make every effort] in [exercising] your faith to, develop moral excellence, and in moral excellence, knowledge (insight, understanding), and in yourknowledge, self-control, and in yourself-control, steadfastness, and in yoursteadfastness, godliness, and in yourgodliness, brotherly affection, and in yourbrotherly affection, [develop Christian] love [that is, learn to unselfishly seek the best for others and to do things for their benefit]. For as these qualitiesare yours and are increasing [in you as you grow toward spiritual maturity], they will keep you from being useless and unproductive in regard to the true knowledge andgreater understanding of our Lord Jesus Christ. I tell you this very important point concerning anger/rage is something that is not from God! It is a fleshly thing. Satan works it through your flesh, if we allow anger to rise up, Satan is walking in victory! Hear me, if you can refuse the anger rising up in your flesh, when you feel it coming on, Say: Get behind me Satan, in the name of Jesus! Say, anger, stand down, in the name of Jesus! It will work! Work, every time! There is zero love in anger & rage, they are attributes of the enemy! We prove to the world that we belong, we follow, we are disciples of Christ, by what? Our love for people! John 13:5 (AMP) By this everyone will know that you are My disciples, if you have love andunselfish concern for one another. Anger will lead to rage & into if possible, deeper sins! Stop it when it first rises up! Shake it off!!

Psalm 37:8 (AMP) Cease from anger and abandon wrath;

Do not fret; it leadsonly to evil.

Walk In Love

 As we walk through this world of hate, of evil & of darkness, we must remain strong in our walk with our Lord. We must not be tainted, not be overtaken nor become like this world that is full of hatred & misplaced love! The Bible is explicit concerning these last days! People of this world will grow more & more ungrateful, unholy & unloving! They will become brutal & haters of those things that are good! We, as Born-Again Christians must NOT follow along, step NOT into the flow of the sensual pleasure seeking world! We must NOT let our love walk slip! We must continue in the love of Christ to overcome the hate, the evil & the calloused ways of this perverse world! John 13:34 (AMP) I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, so you too are to love one another. Love overcomes, love overcomes hate, love overcomes ALL things! Proverb 10:2 (AMP) Hatred stirs up strife, But love covers andoverwhelms all transgressions [forgiving and overlooking another’s faults]. We must walk upright in this perverse world. As we move though this darkness, we absolutely positively must remain in the love of Christ, sharing that love & we must keep the light of Christ & His love penetrating this dark & hateful world, how? Coming forth & shining brightly from our very beings! Walking in the love of Christ, walking in the mercy of Christ & walking in the Righteousness of Christ! When in doubt: Walk in love!

2nd Timothy 3:1-5 (AMP)  But understand this, that in the last days dangerous times [of great stress and trouble] will come [difficult days that will be hard to bear]. For people will be lovers of self [narcissistic, self-focused], lovers of money [impelled by greed], boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy andprofane, [and they will be] unloving [devoid of natural human affection, calloused and inhumane], irreconcilable, malicious gossips, devoid of self-control [intemperate, immoral], brutal, haters of good,traitors, reckless, conceited, lovers of [sensual] pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding to a form of [outward] godliness (religion), although they have denied its power [for their conduct nullifies their claim of faith]. Avoid such people andkeep far away from them.

Be A Light In A Dark World

 If we proclaim to be Christians, then our appearance should very well appear to be people of Light, not giving the appearance of darkness! A truly Born-Again Christian would not partake, would not touch nor enjoy the things of darkness. A truly Born-Again Christian would not profess Jesus as the Lord of their life, yet, then turn around, commit adultery, start playing around in/with the things that the god of this world offers! Furthermore, why do you profess Jesus as your Lord, but yet, you enjoy the offerings of this present world, which in turn is pleasing to Satan? We absolutely positively must strive to do the things that please our Lord, Jesus! Living the God-kind of upstanding, moral life with emphasis on righteousness, goodness & truth to emulate from your being to penetrate the very dark, very evil world! Some will accept Jesus by your words, but, many will accept Jesus as they watch you, study you, trying to find out why you are different! Do they/will they find you/myself different from the rest of this world, as they watch us very closely? 

Ephesians 5:8-11 (AMP) For once you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of Light [live as those who are native-born to the Light] (for the fruit [the effect, the result] of the Light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth), trying to learn [by experience] what is pleasing to the Lord [and letting your lifestyles be examples of what is most acceptable to Him—your behavior expressing gratitude to God for your salvation]. Do not participate in the worthless andunproductive deeds of darkness, but instead expose them [by exemplifying personal integrity, moral courage, and godly character].

Put Away Sin!

 Not sure if there are too many people who remember or even care that God’s devastating wrath is coming very soon. Very few are watching the events that are taking place, that clue us in on the coming of the end of the Church Age. So many are “drunk” on the happenings of this present world, lusting after & taking part in all the excitement the enemy placing before our hungry eyes. Should we as Born-Again Christians take part in any of the worldly excitement? It is fine, as long as those excitements do not take away your personal time with Christ, it does not take away from your personal time in the Bible, it does not take away from your personal time in prayer NOR diminishes your love For God or the things of God! The has come, for each of us to examine our own selves, giving us full assurance we are solidly in the faith walk! Adjustments may be required! We may need to stop watching some worldly things! We may need to stop listening to some worldly things. We may need to stop going to some worldly places! We may need to end some worldly friendships or relationships! Oh, I warn you, your flesh will rise up. You must stand against it, take the Believer’s Authority over it! Day aloud: Flesh, desires, stand down in the name of Jesus! I take authority over you, I reject you, & in the name of Jesus I bind those worldly desires! I loose Godly desires to flow through me in the name of Jesus! Amen Amen & Amen! Thank You Jesus!! I choose to return to my first love! Jesus! And reject Satan’s worldly offerings that lead to Eternal Damnation!

Colossians 3:3-10 (AMP)  For you died [to this world], and your [new, real] life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.

So put to death anddeprive of power the evil longings of your earthly body [with its sensual, self-centered instincts] immorality, impurity, sinfulpassion, evil desire, and greed, which is [a kind of] idolatry [because it replaces your devotion to God]. Because of these [sinful] things the [divine] wrath of God is coming on the sons of disobedience [those who fail to listen and who routinely and obstinately disregard God’s precepts], and in these [sinful things] you also once walked, when you were habituallyliving in them [without the knowledge of Christ]. Come Close To God

 A Thought this morning from Jeremiah 5:22a (AMP)

‘Do you not fear Me?’ says the Lord. ‘Do you not tremble [in awe] in My presence? 

Have we lost touch with our Creator? Are we ever so busy chasing the things of this world, we pushed God somewhere into the deep recesses of our minds, way off in the far corner of the back 40? Have we forgotten what He has done for us? Have we completely lost the fear of the Great Tribulation, the terrors of Hell & the eternity spent in damnation in the Lake of Fire, for the moment of time that we currently walk through? One thing is for certain, God is not a liar, He will do exactly what He said He would perform. He would NOT leave NOR forsake us! Do you know what forsake means? It means to turn your back on someone & walk away. (Hebrews 13:5). Just know, if we press in to God, move closer & closer to Him, He WILL do the same toward us! Draw close to Him, open the Bible, gain a deeper understanding of Him! Draw close to Him, pray, talk to Him as your closest Friend! Draw close to Him, reject the ways & wisdom of the world, for, God’s ways & wisdom found in the Bible! Live morally upright in a dark, in a perverse world! Live the Christian lifestyle, in both the Righteousness & in the Holiness of Christ! Draw close to God, He WILL, draw close to you!

James 4:8 (AMP) Come close to God [with a contrite heart] and He will come close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners; and purify your [unfaithful] hearts, you double-minded [people].

The Barn Or The Fire, You Choose

 You know we are moving through this life, at breakneck speeds. Not really paying attention to very much except what we are focused on. At one time, we were on fire for God & the things of God. That fire, is at best, for many, just some coals that are no longer red, but white ash. Many have thought, where is the promise of His return? Where is the life changing preaching? Where is the exciting Spirit moving worship? Even the Churches who rejected the alter of prayer, the alter of Salvation & the alter of repentance has replaced these with the stage of entertainment! Now the Churches are asking a question, that question is: where are the people? I thought we were entertained the people? I have heard preachers speak from a secular books from the pulpit, no Bible in sight. The Word is clear: faith comes by hearing & hearing by the Word of God.(Romans 10:17). It is of no wonder that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are not flowing in their fullness! It is of no wonder the people cannot call on the elders, for prayer, when sick, to be anointed, call on the name of the Lord & the prayer of faith will heal them! (James 5:15-16). But, unfortunately, faith is less than the grain of a mustard seed & prayer for the sick does not happen much anymore, it gets in the way of the entertainment! Right now, the Believer’s Authority, at best, is weak so many Christians live in fear! I personally thing that fear should be directed toward God Himself. Why? Many professing Christians live a life away from the morals & ways of God, they look more like the world than set apart peculiar people! No reason to fear the enemy, Jesus already defeated him! If you are going to fear, fear that you have backslid, & if you keep going the way you are headed, you could loose it all & find yourself slid into Hell! (Matthew 10:28). My prayer is that you will kindle that fire again, before it is too late! Read that Bible for all it is worth! Spend daily time in prayer! Stand upright, strong in the Lord, rejecting the worldly enticing fleshly pleasures & grow in both faith & spirit! Time is short! You will want to be counted with the “wheat” & be placed in the safety of the “barn”! NOT with the “tares” which are the unrepentant & thrown in the fire(Hell). Repent TODAY! Build your faith TODAY! Live God’s morally upright lifestyle TODAY! Go after the things of God & reject the spirit crushing ways of this present evil world TODAY! 

Matthew 3:12 (AMP) His winnowing fork is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clear out His threshing floor; and He will gather His wheat (believers) into His barn (kingdom), but He will burn up the chaff (the unrepentant) with unquenchable fire.”

Become Heavenly Minded

 One thing we need to become aware of, very-very aware of, as truly Born-Again Christians is to get our focus off the things of this world & begin to focus on things above, in Heaven, focus on the Bible, focus on prayer, even attending Church! Many times  times the things we place our affections on in this world, turns to loving. Satan has done a mighty work in getting Christians to transfer their walk with Christ onto temporary pleasures of this world. Do not feel alone, if you are just realizing this, I am seeing this very clearly in my own life also! We all need to do an about face! Repent! Tell Jesus how sorry we are sorry & sin no more in this area! Return to your first love, Jesus! (Revelation 2:4). We must not drift away from what we have heard concerning Jesus & His Word! If we do/are, we are treading on a slippery slope, possible even walking away from a Great Salvation! (Hebrews 2:1-3). There is time to repent, but I appeal to you, do it today, tomorrow, well tomorrow maybe too late & that door to repentance & Grace could be closed, shut tight!!

Colossians 3:1-4 (AMP) Therefore if you have been raised with Christ [to a new life, sharing in His resurrection from the dead], keep seeking the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your mind andkeep focused habituallyon the things above [the heavenly things], not on things that are on the earth [which have only temporal value]. For you died [to this world], and your [new, real] life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.

Salvation

 SALVATION

BEING BORN-AGAIN

 

  The Bible teaches, "Salvation," "being Born-Again" is necessary for a person to see the Kingdom of God, have eternal life, forgiveness of sin and have the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. He or she by faith "trust" that Jesus is the Son of God, is the Christ, "Anointed One", died and was resurrected from death for the "Atonement" of their sins. They must be willing to turn away from sin and to give their lives to Jesus. Salvation is totally by the grace of God.

 

* Atonement is the doctrine(teaching) concerning the reconciliation of Father-God and humankind, especially as accomplished through the life, suffering, and death of Christ.

*As with God, Who is three in one: Father, Son & Holy Spirit. We are three in one: We are spirit, soul & body. We are made in God's image, which is Spirit. We have a soul, which is: our mind, will & emotion. And we have a physical or fleshly body which "houses" our spirit & soul.

*At the very moment of Salvation, when one accepts Jesus as their Lord & Savior, their spirit is regenerated(Changed, made anew to understand & be open to the Lord's ways).

*When one accepts Jesus as their Lord & Savior they are "sealed" by the Holy Spirit. The NIV in 2nd Corinthians 1:21-22tells us clearly: "Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come". No one(either of the spirit or the flesh) can "take-away" or "steal-away", For we ARE sealed by the Holy Spirit!

*The "blood" of Jesus cleanses us from ALL sins at the moment of Salvation. Every time we ask forgiveness the very same blood cleanses us & make us white as snow. Revelation 1:5 tells in the KJV: "And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood." The song is absolutely truth: There IS power, wonder working power IN the Blood of the Lamb. Jesus Is the Lamb of God, His blood is perfect, no spot(sin) within it!! 1st John 1:7 "But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin."

*After accepting Jesus as one's Lord & Savior, one becomes a "Disciple" of Jesus. Disciple simply means: One under instruction. So one is under the instruction of Jesus. One MUST then dig into the Bible, which is The Word of God. Start with the Book of John, then go to Matthew, then Mark, then Luke & then read John again. One MUST begin their "personal" relationship with Jesus by reading & studying the Bible.

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God:

Not of works, lest any man should boast.

GOD ELECTS, PREDESTINES, CALLS, JUSTIFIES, SANCTIFIES AND GLORIFIES EVERY TRUE BELIEVER.

PRAYER

The person should be asked to confess their sins and to call upon Jesus to receive him/her and to give their lives over to Jesus. Ask them to repeat this prayer aloud, if they do this is a good sample prayer to use:

Jesus, forgive me of my sins. I take you at your word that you forgive those who ask. Be my Lord, as you are my Savior, I give myself to You. I am yours. thank You for being faithful and saving me. I have asked and believe You have saved me. Amen.

Just lead the person in this or a very similar prayer being sure they speak it out, they need to verbalize the words.
