TRUST GOD & HE WILL LEAD YOU

When you trust somebody you believe that they won't lie to you, they won't do nothing wrong to you and they won't mislead you. Trust is the biggest part of any relationship. In Psalm 56:3&4 - "When I am afraid I will trust in you! In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust. I will not be afraid, what can mortal man do to me?" This will eliminate fear, I am convinced when I'm afraid, putting my trust in God. He leads me away from fear.

It's a simple task, all you need to do is ask for his help. Matthew 7:7&8 - "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks find and to him who knocks, the door will be opened." We must talk to God by praying. There will be no relationship with Father God without praying to him. Praying is your main relationship with God. If you don't believe you don't receive. Mark 11:24 - "Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you received it, and it will be yours."

Second thing, we must submit to God, to be led by God. I Peter 5:6 - "Humble yourselves therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may life you up in do time." When facing problems, humble yourself to God and he will lead you, out of your problems, because you have asked him and have submitted to his ways. So trust God and he will lead you every time!

My oldest son Thomas wrote this in 2002, he was ten years old then.

NEW TESTAMENT

Our Wonderful LORD has been impressing upon myself this past week of the importance of New Testament teaching. We are the Church, we find and learn about what we believe about who we are in the New Testament. Paul instructs us on the basis of our foundantion: 1st Corinthians 2:1-3 And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. My brothers and sisters in Chirst, I am appalled and shocked at the teaching and preaching that has come forth from pulpits, it has waxed worse and moved away from Jesus the Christ, Him crucified and Him risen. That is where the "power" is. The power of the Gospel of Jesus the Christ, it's all about what Jesus did!! The stripes, the blood that was shed. Even when Jesus left this earth , He did not leave us alone, but with the Holy Spirit: John 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Peace has always been Jesus' concern for us!! And as Jesus was the "Great" Teacher, His command was not that we be ignorant also commissioned that Wonderful Comforter to be our Teacher: John 14:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, [even] the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me: Here it is in a nutshell: you want God's direction? Open your Bible and P*R*A*Y, for direction from the Most High God. This is a simple key. Let the Holy Spirit lead you to God's wisdom-the Word of God-the Bible. Today we, the Church, the Body of Christ must open the Bible-seek God's direction and turn from the foolish babble of human worldly wisdom and seek the Truth that comes only from the Precious Word of God. remembering that this walk with God is personal, but as there is only one way to Heaven-through Jesus, there is but one guide book for our walk with God, the Bible. Church we need to get back to the basics of our Life within the Kingdom of God. Some need to be refreshed in these basics, other just need to learn the basics of the New Testament and get rooted and grounded. The results are left up to you, are you dedicated to your personal walk with the Lord?
